A lot of mental health care no longer works this way. Apps, matching platforms, and subscription services promise easier access, and some deliver, but most route you to whoever is available rather than whoever is right. You fill out a form, get assigned a provider, and if something changes, you start over.

OUR APPROACH
Psychiatry as medicine.
We treat psychiatric conditions the way serious medicine treats any condition: with a real evaluation, a specific diagnosis, a clear plan, and consistent follow-through. Medication when it is indicated. Therapy when it is the right tool. The two coordinated when both are part of the plan.
We do not treat diagnoses. We treat people who have them. That distinction shows up in how long the first visit takes, how often we reassess, and how we talk about medication as one clinical tool among several, not as the whole answer.
