SELF-PAY
Paying out of pocket.
We see a limited number of self-pay patients. If you are uninsured, or your carrier is not in our network, reach out. We will tell you our self-pay rate and let you decide whether it works before you commit to anything.
Self-pay does not mean fewer options. You can use an HSA or FSA card at the time of your visit, and we provide an itemized superbill on request, the document your insurer needs if your plan offers out-of-network reimbursement. We will walk you through how that works so you can make an informed decision.
We would rather have an honest conversation about cost upfront than have it be the reason someone does not get care.

Visits apply toward your deductible until it's met. We'll tell you where you stand before your first appointment.
Psychiatric care is typically HSA and FSA eligible. Check with your plan administrator to confirm.
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. After your appointment, we can provide an itemized superbill with all the information your insurer needs for you to submit a claim directly. Reimbursement rates and processes vary by plan, so check with your carrier for the specifics.
